REFUND POLICY

No Cash Refunds

As a pure non-profit initiative, the Narmada Prerna Yatra immediately commits all fees to local artisans, transport, and logistics to ensure social impact. Consequently, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once paid, fees cannot be refunded via cash or bank transfer for any reason, including personal or medical emergencies. This policy ensures the financial stability and continuity of the Yatra for all participants.

Credit for Upcoming Yatras (The "Prerna Credit")

While we do not offer refunds, we value your intent to join our journey. If you are unable to attend the current Yatra:

Carry Forward: You may request to carry forward your registration fee to the next Narmada Prerna Yatra or any other upcoming Yatra organized by the Serve Happiness Foundation.

Validity: This credit is valid for a period of 12 to 18 months from the date of the original journey.

Notification: To avail of this, you must notify the organizing team in writing at least 15 days before the journey start date.

Transfer of Participation
  1. If you cannot attend, you may nominate another person (friend, colleague, or student) to take your place.
  2. The nominee must undergo our standard selection process.
  3. If the nominee is approved, your fee will be fully adjusted toward their
Cancellation by Organizers

In the rare event that a Yatra is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), your fee will be automatically credited toward the rescheduled dates or the next available Yatra.
